Emma joins ServiceMaster Ltd to support franchise recruitment marketing and brand growth across the UK.

ServiceMaster Ltd is pleased to announce the appointment of Emma Makings-Hone as Franchise Recruitment Marketing Executive, effective Monday, January 12.

Emma joins ServiceMaster Ltd with experience delivering multi-channel marketing activity across digital campaigns, content creation, copywriting, social media, event support, and marketing strategy development. She holds a BA (Hons) in Advertising and Marketing Communications (First-Class Honours), supported by a year-long industry placement.

In her new role, Emma will be responsible for all relevant marketing activities focused on developing and delivering the franchise recruitment strategy, as well as increasing the profile of all brands across the ServiceMaster Ltd portfolio. This includes ServiceMaster Clean (Residential, Commercial, and Contract Services), ServiceMaster Restore, Merry Maids, TruGreen, and Rosemary Bookkeeping.

Her focus will be on strengthening the franchise recruitment pipeline by increasing high-quality enquiries and leads, while continuing to build brand awareness across key UK markets through distribution of success stories from the respective networks. The role supports ServiceMaster Ltd’s wider business strategy by helping to grow coverage and attract franchise partners aligned with the company’s service and customer standards.
